Nothing screams Fall more than a warm, hearty cranberry casserole dish. This makes for a rich addition to a Thanksgiving meal, big breakfast, or to bring as desert to a social gathering. This recipe requires very little prep time and effort — we love to keep it simple. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup White Sugar
1 cup Oatmeal
½ tsp. Cinnamon
3 Tbs. Flour
1 Cup Whole Cranberries
¼ Cup Chopped Pecans
3 Apples Diced
1 Stick butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients first, then add fruit and nuts. Place in lightly greased casserole dish.
- Melt butter and add to the top of casserole and mix. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
