The Captain’s Room is located upstairs in our historic Virginia bed and breakfast. This room features a queen-size bed and a separate private sitting room. Also a private bath with hand-tiled shower and rain showerhead, and NEW HEATED FLOORS.

The West Billups Room is Elegant and Stately!

The West Billups Room is located upstairs on the second floor of our historic Virginia B&B and offers waterfront, sunset and lovely property views. A comfortable king-size bed and a large private bath featuring 2 vanity sinks, as well as a small sitting area complete the room.

This room has been updated with new furnishings, a spa-like shower and NEW HEATED FLOORS in the bathroom!

The East Billups Room is located on the second floor of our historic Virginia B&B. This room features a king-sized bed, a small sitting area, and private bath with hand-tiled shower, HEATED FLOORS, and rain showerhead. Windows on 3 sides boast beautiful garden views, some water and sunset views.

The Bayside Suite is one of the most popular rooms at our romantic Virginia B&B. This Luxury Suite offers the ultimate in romance and relaxation with all the amenities you might hope for! The Bayside suite is perfect for honeymoons or anniversary getaways.

This suite boasts vaulted ceilings and a large open floor plan with rustic floors and private water views. The bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with heated floors large tiled shower and corner soaking tub for 2!

Plus, luxury robes, complimentary slippers, lavender pillow mist and cozy throw blankets.

This suite’s living area features a wall fireplace with optional heating element and a large-screen Smart TV. Cozy up on the L-shaped sofa (w/ queen-size pull-out trundle bed.) This suite can comfortably sleep 4 adults.

There is a lovely round dining table and comfy chairs for four people as well. Great for playing cards or working a puzzle in addition to having meals. The dining table overlooks the creek and private patio through a large bay window.

The kitchenette has a gas range with oven, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine along with dishes, utensils, cookware, spices, etc. This suite also features its own private patio area complete with gas fire-pit, Adirondack chairs, Weber gas grill, and a propane patio heater.

The Bayside Suite is in a separate building across from the main house with a private entrance, parking area and front porch along with easy access to pool area, dock, outdoor game area, etc.

This suite is a luxurious but comfortable space that offers a private entrance, a large separate sitting room and a dining area with water view. Now, that’s what we call “Dinner with a View.”

The Chesapeake Suite is now ADA accessible! We have a mobile ramp that we can erect over the steps to the porch of the suite for wheelchair/walker access. The doors are all wide enough for the same accessibility. The shower is a zero step entrance with clearance for both wheelchair and walker. The bathroom is equipped with handrails next to toilet and in shower. We want to make your stay as comfortable and accessible as we can. We are happy to remove any rugs that may be a trip hazard for guests, and we are also happy to deliver breakfast to the suite if such a service is needed! The en-suite bathroom features a hand-tiled shower with rain showerhead and heated floors, new to 2025!

French doors in the bedroom boast a Creekside view from the king-sized bed and the large bathtub. The sitting room has garden, water and sunset views.

Just behind your suite, you will find a newly installed private patio area that faces the creek and has and gas grill for cooking fresh local seafood or hand-cut steaks from the local butcher.

The sitting room has a sleeper sofa that can be converted to a queen bed to add one additional adult, (there is a $40.00 extra person fee per night).

This suite has a small kitchenette unit that include a single sink with hot and cold water, a 2-burner stove and large mini fridge with freezer.

The Chesapeake Suite is in the “Garden Cottage,” which is just a short distance from the main house with the pool and gardens in between.

This suite features a  king-sized bed as well as a private entrance and large separate sitting room. Newly installed French doors in the bedroom offer a waterfront view from the bedroom and access to the private patio. This room also offers a large bathtub and electric fireplace. The en-suite bathroom includes a hand-tiled spa-like shower complete with new heated floors.

The separate sitting area has garden, water and sunset views. The sitting room also has a sleeper sofa that can be converted to a bed to add one additional adult. (There is a $40.00 extra person fee per night).

The living area has a small kitchenette unit that includes a single sink, a 2-burner stove, and a large mini fridge with freezer.

Just behind the suite, you will find a newly installed private patio area that faces the creek. The patio has a gas fire-pit and a new Weber grill.

The East River Suite is located in the “Garden Cottage,” which is just a short distance from the main house with the pool and gardens in between.

This cozy room is located in our Garden Cottage and offers some garden, water and sunset views. This room is ground level and has a private entrance. The Tabbs Room features a small sitting area, private bath with shower and easy access to the pool and all outdoor amenities.

***This room is considered “Pet Friendly” for 1 well-behaved and friendly dog under 50 lbs. Keep in mind that this room is smaller than our other pet friendly suites, so space is limited!

$25.00 per dog/per night pet fee, and some restrictions apply, (see “Pet Policy”).
