The Captain’s Room is located upstairs in our historic Virginia bed and breakfast. This room features a queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed dressed in luxurious “Comphy” brand sheets, and a separate private sitting room. Also a private bath with hand-tiled shower and rain showerhead.

The West Billups Room is Elegant and Stately

The West Billups Room is located upstairs on the second floor of our historic Virginia B&B and offers waterfront, sunset and lovely property views. A comfortable king-size bed and a large private bath featuring 2 vanity sinks, as well as a small sitting area complete the room.

The East Billups Room is located on the second floor of our historic Virginia B&B. This room features a comfortable queen-size bed with memory foam topper, a small sitting area separate from the bedroom, and private bath with hand-tiled shower and rain showerhead. Windows on 3 sides boast beautiful garden views with limited water and sunset views.

The Bayside Suite is one of the most popular rooms at our romantic Virginia B&B. This Luxury Suite offers the ultimate in romance and relaxation with all the amenities you might hope for! The Bayside suite is perfect for honeymoons or anniversary getaways.

This suite boasts vaulted ceilings and a large open floor plan with rustic floors and private water views. The bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower with dual showerheads and bench and a state-of-the-art Jacuzzi® tub for 2!

This suite’s living area features a wall fireplace with optional heating element and a large-screen Smart TV. The kitchenette has a gas range with oven, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine along with dishes, utensils, cookware, spices, etc. This suite also features its own private patio area complete with gas fire-pit, Adirondack chairs, Weber gas grill, and a propane patio heater.

The Bayside Suite is in a separate building across from the main house with a private entrance, parking area and front porch along with easy access to pool area, dock, outdoor game area, etc.

The Chesapeake Suite is a luxurious space that offers a private entrance, large separate sitting room, and a comfortable king-size bed. A big picture window boasts a Creekside view from the bedroom and private Jacuzzi® tub. The sitting room has garden, water and sunset views. The en-suite bathroom features a hand-tiled shower with rain showerhead.

Just behind your suite, you will find a newly installed private patio area that faces the creek and has a gas fire-pit, toasty outdoor patio heater, Edison string lights, and gas grill for cooking fresh local seafood or hand-cut steaks from our local butcher.

The sitting room has a futon couch that can be converted to a bed to add one additional adult, (there is a $40.00 extra person fee per night). We have recently added small kitchenette units that include a single sink with hot and cold water, a 2-burner stove and large mini fridge with freezer. In addition a portable rolling table unit with stools is neatly stored in the closet area but can be pulled out and set up in the suite for a small dining area or laptop/workspace.

The Chesapeake Suite is in the “Bay Cottage,” which is just a short distance from the main house with the pool and gardens in between.

This cozy room at our relaxed Virginia bed and breakfast offers some garden, water and sunset views. This room is ground level and has a private entrance. The Tabbs Room features a small sitting area, private bath with shower, guest fridge, small microwave and Keurig coffee machine.

This quaint room is in the “Bay Cottage,” which is just a walk across the gardens with the pool in between.

***This room is considered “Pet Friendly” for 1 well-behaved and friendly dog under 50 lbs. Keep in mind that this room is smaller than our other pet friendly suites, so space is limited! $25.00 per dog/per night pet fee, and some restrictions apply, (see “Pet Policy”).
