The West Billups Room is elegant and quietly romantic.

Tucked away on the second floor of our historic Virginia B&B, the West Billups Room offers sweeping waterfront and sunset views, along with peaceful vistas of the surrounding property. A plush king-size bed invites you to linger, while the spacious private bath features dual vanity sinks and a cozy sitting area provides the perfect place to relax together.

Thoughtfully refreshed with new furnishings, the room also includes a spa-inspired shower and newly added heated bathroom floors—little luxuries designed to make your stay feel indulgent, comfortable, and unforgettable.

This light-filled room features a king-size bed, a small sitting area, and a private bath with a hand-tiled shower, heated floors, and a rain showerhead. Thoughtful touches of blues and greens and an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional design create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Windows on three sides offer lovely garden and pool views, along with partial water and sunset views. From here, guests often enjoy birdwatching in the nearby magnolia tree and may even catch sight of deer or wild turkey crossing the driveway.

The Bayside Suite is one of our most beloved rooms at this romantic Virginia B&B. Perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, or a special escape, this luxury suite invites you to relax, reconnect, and savor quiet moments together.

Vaulted ceilings and rustic floors create a bright, airy space with serene water views. The bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bath with heated floors, a large tiled shower, and a corner soaking tub for two. Luxury robes, slippers, lavender pillow mist, and cozy throws add indulgent touches throughout.

The living area has a wall fireplace, large-screen Smart TV, and an L-shaped sofa with a queen-size trundle, comfortably sleeping up to four. A round dining table overlooks the creek and private patio—perfect for meals, games, or simply watching the day unfold.

The kitchenette includes a gas range, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, and all necessary dishes and cookware. Outside, your private patio with Adirondack chairs, gas grill, and propane fire pit is an inviting spot to enjoy the evening together.

Located in a separate building across from the main house, the suite offers a private entrance, dedicated parking, and easy access to the pool, dock, and outdoor game areas.

The Chesapeake Suite is a serene and luxurious retreat, perfect for a romantic escape. With its own private entrance, a spacious sitting room, and a dining area with peaceful water views, this suite invites you to relax, reconnect, and savor quiet moments together—truly “Dinner with a View.”

French doors in the bedroom open to creekside vistas from the king-size bed and large soaking tub, while the sitting room offers garden, water, and sunset views. Thoughtful touches like yoga mats, binoculars, and umbrellas for leisurely strolls add a personal touch to your stay. The sitting room also includes a sleeper sofa for one extra guest ($40 per night).

The en-suite bathroom features a hand-tiled shower with rain showerhead and heated floors, new in 2025. The suite is fully ADA accessible, with a zero-step shower, wide doors, handrails, and a mobile ramp for easy entry. We’re happy to remove rugs or deliver breakfast to the suite for added comfort.

Step outside to your private patio, overlooking the creek with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, and a propane fire pit—perfect for quiet evenings under the stars. A small kitchenette includes a sink, two-burner stove, and mini-fridge with freezer.

The separate sitting area offers garden, water, and sunset views, with a sleeper sofa for an extra guest ($40 per night), and a small kitchenette for light meals. Step outside to your private patio with a gas fire pit and Weber grill—perfect for evenings under the stars.

For your enjoyment, the suite also includes umbrellas for walks, yoga mats for stretching or meditation, and binoculars for taking in the scenic surroundings.
