Choose from a selection of fine teas, flavored syrups, and honey to start your morning just the way you like it.
Our breakfast menu celebrates the best of the region, with fresh, local, free-range eggs and seasonal fruits and vegetables—many grown right here on the property. When in season, we even feature Chesapeake Bay blue crabs caught just outside our back door. Guest favorites include Lemon Blueberry Cornmeal Pancakes, Chocolate Orange French Toast, and savory dishes like poached eggs over potato hash or scrambled eggs “the way Ridge likes them” (IYKYK).
Our chef is experienced in accommodating all dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, or nut allergies, so every guest can relax and enjoy.
Breakfast is served 8:00–10:00 am, with coffee ready from 7:00 am.
